Dear Patients,

Our office is taking precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and we need your help with these efforts.

Walk-ins will not be allowed for the time being. Only people with appointments and their caregivers will be allowed in the office. This includes the purchasing or adjusting of glasses. When you are notified that your glasses or contacts are ready for pick up you will have the choice of “Easy Pick-Up” where your product will be placed on the shelves just inside our office door for you to grab and go or to set up an appointment with an optician at the time of pick-up. If you choose Easy Pick-Up you can always call later if you find you need time with the optician.

Anyone entering the office should wear a mask, staff included. The only exclusions will be for young children or those patients with medical conditions that could be aggravated by a mask.

If you are or have recently been sick with COVID-19 like symptoms, know you have been exposed to COVID-19 or have been to a region with an uncontrolled outbreak we ask that you reschedule your appointment for at least two weeks after your last symptom or exposure.

In order to adhere to social distancing protocol we are implementing a virtual waiting room When you arrive at our building we ask that you remain in your vehicle and call the office to notify us of your arrival. When your exam room is ready our staff will notify you. Upon entering our office you will be lead directly to the back for your exam.

Even though we’ll all be wearing masks it will still be good to see your faces!
